Date of Show 26th January 2014
I would like to thank the East Midlands Staffordshire Bull Terrier Club for giving me the opportunity to judge their Limit Show and to all exhibitors for their entry and the sporting way they received my decision, I had a really enjoyable day. A big thank you also to my 2 ring stewards, Linda Lee and Terri Morrell who kept everything in order and made the day run smoothly.
Although the quantity of dogs present was a little disappointing, the overall quality I thought was excellent and some of my decisions were very close and could have gone either way.
I felt the conditions at the venue did affect the performance of some of the dogs in the ring, whether it was the cold and damp conditions early on during judging I am not sure, but it did have an adverse effect on how they performed.
